How EstateX Works
Tokenisation of Real Estate
The main goal of EstateX is to tokenise real estate properties to make investing simple, fast, efficient, and transparent.
Through its system tokeniseX, EstateX pivots blockchain technology to convert a property into PROPX tokens, which represent ownership shares in a real estate asset.
Investors can acquire PROPX tokens to hold a stake in tokenised properties and receive corresponding rental income, to the proportion of their investment. Each PROPX token represents a fraction of the property’s value, lowering the entry point to as little as 100 EUR, and making Real Estate truly accessible to everyone.
Rental incomes are then distributed in ESX, the platform’s utility token. This token allows for payment of transaction fees on both primary and secondary marketplaces.
And thanks to EstateX Pay, the ESX token allows users to spend their real estate returns on everyday goods and services. This makes Real Estate income directly spent on everyday goods and services, all through the convenience of a payment card.
